A Fundraising Event for Christina Heinemann

Hello Friends,
The picture you see above is what's left of Christina's car, 4 bikes and garage at her home. This happened on the early morning of 21.07.19 while Christina was attending our yoga retreat 'Lost in Nature.'
Although not proven yet, it appears to have been the work of arsonists who deliberately set her garage on fire. Not cool! Christina doesn't have the insurance to cover all this, so we are going to help.
On Sunday, August 4th from 15.30-17.00 Michael Trübger and I (PEACE OUT YOGA) are going to offer a donation-based yoga class in the Stadtpark (weather permitting). If it rains, we will post an indoor location a few days before the event. For those of you who were at the retreat, it will be the closing class we did on Sunday morning with Yin & Yang and the poetry reading. Christina will also attend this fundraiser.
In support of Christina, all money raised at this event goes to her. The sooner she receives funding, the better. Donate whatever you want at the event. If you can't attend the yoga event, but would still like to help, you can donate here.

Der Brand kam völlig überraschend in der Nacht vom 20. auf den 21. Juli gegen 4.00 Uhr in der Früh, während Christina unser „Lost in Nature“ Yoga-Retreat besuchte. Alles sieht nach Brandstiftung aus, wobei der Fall noch nicht abschließend geklärt ist. Glück im Unglück - der Brand ist früh genug bemerkt worden, so dass dieser sich nicht auch noch auf das Haus ausbreiten konnte. Eine sehr unglückliche Situation ist jedoch, dass Christina offenbar nicht über die notwendige Feuerversicherung verfügt, um den Schaden zu decken.
Deshalb möchten wir gern helfen! Am Sonntag d. 4. August um 15:30 Uhr bieten wir (Eric und Michi) auf Spendenbasis eine Outdoor-Yoga-Session im Stadtpark an, genau die Klasse, die Christina während des Retreats nicht mehr mitmachen konnte. Wir üben eine sehr angenehmen Yin & Yang-Flow, zum Ende hin mit sehr ruhigen und rest-orativen Haltungen, zu denen wir einige tolle, spirituelle Gedichte vortragen, die richtig schön tief in dein Bewusstsein sinken dürfen. JEDER IST WILLKOMMEN! Christina wird selber auch dabei sein.
Sollte das Wetter nicht mitspielen weichen wir auf das Peace-Out-Studio aus.
Wir freuen uns, mit euch die Zeit verbringen zu dürfen und gleichzeitig Spenden für Christina zu sammeln.
