"To my FB. Friends, My husband, Dr. Robert Moore, died today in a house fire at our home. He was 83 and had been a Family Practice physician for more than 40 years here in Vero Beach."
"the house isn't liveable. Just came from there. Tried to salvage a few things. It was a kitchen fire. Our neighbor kicked in a door and found Bob as he was probably trying to get out. Performed CPR until paramedics came but never got a heartbeat. Staying with my friend Lisa right now. My neighbors have a "mother-in-law area in their house with separate entrance and offered it to me whenever I want it and for how long I would like to stay. Thank you so much for reaching out to me and for your thoughts and prayers."
"Staying with friend right now. Not sure what to do. House is not liveable by any stretch of the imagination. Just left there. Jeff came home from work in South Carolina. Not that I wouldn't love to see you and cry on your shoulder but I am pretty overwhelmed right now. Maybe in a couple of weeks? Still have to let daughter Lynda know and keep them away. OMG."
