A Fresh Start That Shines for Crystal and Her Kids

Hi Everyone! I am a mom trying to help another mom get back on her feet.  Recently, Crystal asked our  Mountain View community for used toys to give to her kids for Christmas. It was such a sweet and humble ask that I volunteered to collect all the community gifts for her family.   After connecting with her, I learned that Crystal's housing situation needs more community support than she felt comfortable asking for herself.  I am creating this GoFundMe for Crystal and her family but all the funds will go to her and will always be under her control.  Asking for help is so challenging for many of us but it is a blessing to be able to help another mother who is truly doing her best for her family.

My family of four means the world to me. My name is Crystal.  I'm a mother of two young children ages two and three who is facing financial hardship and in need of help. My family has been living out of a hotel for the past 6 months. I've been trying to stay afloat and I'm currently working a part-time job while my spouse cares for our children but it has learned to be very difficult to do, and is very expensive. While we are continuing our search for childcare options through provided resources, we have yet to find one we feel would be the best fit for our children. With one vehicle to share, one of us employed and unfortunately due to covid and the pandemic we currently face, we've had some financial setbacks and we are trying our best to provide and keep a roof over our heads, while still having to pay all our bills out of a limited income. We love our children more than anything ❤ 
 and want them to be able to have a place that they can finally call home, and where we can get back on our feet. I graciously am asking for help in fulfilling. The money will be used towards a down deposit, rent, and the cost that comes with setting up a new home.
