A father's fight: Stomach Cancer

My father started to feel internal pain in his abdominal region approximately 8 months ago, and a few months after that he started to experience weightloss. After a visit at the doctor in January, he was diagnosed with an infiltrative and invasive 4th stage stomach cancer(Adenocarcinoma). At first, an operation was attempted to find out if it was possible to remove the infected area, however during said operation, the surgeon discovered that this would not be a possibility, due to the cancer having spread, because of it invasive tendencies. They were unsure about the procedure of treatment in my country (Belarus), and therefore wanted a second opinion. We decided for Israel, as my sister's boyfriend knows a doctor there . After they had analysed the samples blood taken from my father, they had schemed a chemical (chemo) therapy for him, however this treatment is not accessible in my country, which is why we need to purchase it abroad. We got the medication for 3 months, lasting until June. After this we need to go back to Israel again, to go through the consultation and having blood sampled for analysis again, after which we will know if my father will need a new treatment (In case the cells have performed a rather likely mutation), which will firstly need to be schemed. We have paid for the previous treatment, but after this we do not have any money left for further treatment. In my family, my father brings home the biggest salary, but he is not able to work anymore, and have not been for some time. This illness is very aggressive, and it needs immediate treatment, if we are to keep it from spreading further, and decrease the infected area. This is severely needed if the surgeons are to make the originally intended surgical operation, which my father need for his survival. If the treatment is succesful, the cancer will over a period of time withdraw from his pancreas, intestines and the other infected areas. The cancercell itself in this area is very small, around 1 mm, and there is a very good chance that the right chemo therapy will kill it, after which he can get it surgically removed. My father is only 54 years old, and a father of 3, where the youngest, my little brother, is 13 years old. We love him very much, and we really want him to live, and to help him in whatever way we can.
