El tumor mide 7 cm, ha comprometido ambos lóbulos de la tiroides, se ha extendido fuera de la cápsula y alcanzado los ganglios linfáticos cercanos.</strong>

<div><strong>Esto significa que requiere atención médica urgente y especializada para poder recuperarse.</strong>

<div>Fanny y Omar son <strong>una pareja trabajadora y solidaria que vive del turismo y una pequeña tienda que tienen en Barra de Potosí, una hermosa zona semi virgen cerca de Ixtapa Zihuatanejo.</strong> Omar se dedica a ofrecer paseos en lancha, pesca y avistamientos de ballenas, actividades que realiza con profundo respeto por el mar. Además, juntos manejan una pequeña tienda familiar con la que<strong> sostienen a sus 2 hijos: Julián (19 años) y Karla (16 años).</strong>

<div>Aunque viven en una zona turística,<strong> las temporadas bajas dejan ingresos casi nulos,</strong> lo que hace aún más difícil cubrir los gastos que implica este proceso.

<div>Debido a la gravedad de la enfermedad, Fanny necesita trasladarse constantemente a Morelia para recibir atención médica y tratamientos oncológicos especializados.

Together, they also run a small family shop that supports their two children: Julián (19) and Karla (16).
