A family for the Boulton's

The perfectly imperfect couple... Most couples could learn a lot from these two love birds. Anyone who knows them knows that they are perfect for each other, and perfect together as a team. Best friends who are madly in love. Except there is one thing missing, something they've longed for since they married. A FAMILY...

Here is their story and the roller coaster they've been on for several years now. Please read and find it in your heart to help (even if just a little) see them to the end of this journey to complete their family. This humble couple has refused many offers for a go fund me page or any other form of fundraising over they years... I'm pleased to finally be able to share their story and ask for support for them...

"July 12, 2017 my husband and myself received the most devastating news a couple trying to have a kid could receive. We can't have kids.

Almost 6 years ago to the date, Pat and I started trying to conceive. A few months came and went with the same negative results. After a year we started seeking medical assistance. Our first doctor "diagnosed" us with Idiopathic Infertility. Which pretty much meant they didn't know what was wrong. We did 5 IUI's before he informed us we need to move on to IVF. We took the summer off, and were going to start in the fall. During our time off, I had found out that our doctor was under investigation for malpractice and negligence. I immediately called another clinic and referred ourselves.
The first visit with our new doctor and he had already done more blood work and scheduled more testing then we had at our other doctor the whole time we were with him. At this time we found out I had a low AMH level (low egg quality). This mixed with lower sperm count meant we should have been doing IVF from the beginning. The money we spent on the IUI's were a complete waste.
We moved onto IVF. My first retrieval was cancelled because my body overrode the drugs and ovulated on its own. The second retrieval was successful and 9 embryos were fertilized. We did a total of 6 transfers (with 3 of them being double transfers) with several extra tests in between, as well as a exploratory surgery. Resulting in one chemical pregnancy.
With the second round of IVF being covered (medication and extra testing were not covered), we had to do testing on the embryos to see if they are even viable. This is when the devastating news came. Our embryos tested with severe chromosomal abnormalities. Which will likely never result in a full term pregnancy.
After 6 years, close to $30,000, countless bloodwork and injections, hormonal imbalances, weight gain, constant driving, and ENDLESS tears, we have ended our journey to carry our own child.
We now move onto our new path. Adoption. With classes, home studies, and lawyers we are looking at another $7000-$10,000. We are looking to adopt siblings through CAS, but keeping things open for a private or possible international adoption. "
