A Dream for the Orphans Home

I became aware of Kiwanuka Ben via a mutual friend on Facebook, and after donating funds to make sure the children in his care could eat, I encouraged him to open a local bank account in Uganda (I then subsequenty discovered PayPal and Venmo do not operate in Uganda after doing a little research ).  There are many orphans in the country who are left to beg in the streets to stay alive and Mr. Ben (now 25 years of age) has taken in approximately 20 of them.  In the interest of generating sufficient funds for them to buy a piece of land to grow their own food and not have to pay rent every month, I have started this funding campaign on his behalf.

Kiwanuka Ben's father died in a car accident when his mother was pregnant .  Unfortunately his mother died after his birth, leaving him orphaned.  He was taken into the Babies Home where he was kept to grow up,  however due to the wars in Africa they couldn't keep him there very long.  He was forced to streets of Mukono where he struggled for so many years.   After many hardships in life, he accepted Jesus Christ as his savior and is now caring for a group of orphaned children in Kampala City, Uganda at A Dream for the Orphans Home.  I want to clarify here, that this fundraiser is not for an existing orphanage.  It is Mr. Ben's dream to found an orphanage with support from all of us in this endeavor.  

Any and all donations will go to Mr. Ben and the children, in order for his dream to be fulfilled.  Please do open your heart and help to provide funds for their immediate sustenance and to purchase a parcel of land upon which they will be able to work towards self-sufficiency instead of being wholly reliant on sporadic donations.
