Hi, my name is Patrick Turner, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help.
On July 14th, my 13-year-old daughter Arianna was taken from my home by a sheriff with a court order. For the past three summers, Arianna has stayed with me—we had an agreement, and she came willingly and excited to spend her summer here, like she always has.
But her mother filed a claim saying I took Arianna without permission and refused to return her, which is completely false. There was no communication from her at all after Arianna arrived—no calls, no messages, no concern.
Now, things have escalated. A restraining order has been filed against me. I can no longer see my daughter, speak to her, or even check on her well-being. I believe this was done out of anger and spite—not in Arianna’s best interest—and now she’s being used as a pawn in something that should never involve a child.
This situation is heartbreaking. I’ve done everything I can to stay calm, patient, and within my rights, but now I need help to fight back—for the truth, and for my daughter.
I’m raising money to hire a family law attorney to challenge the restraining order, present the real facts in court, and fight for Arianna to come back to a stable, loving home where she feels safe and supported.
Every donation goes directly toward legal fees and court costs.
If you can help in any way—by donating or sharing—please know how deeply grateful I am. I just want the chance to fight for my daughter, and to have her back in my arms where she belongs.
Thank you for standing with me.
