A comfy chair for BIG Jim.

Who's life hasn't been touched in some way by Big Jim? I know I wouldn't have made it thru grade school if he didn't protect me from my own smart ass mouth! Everyone has a Big Jim story, and everyone loves this man. Over the last few years Jimmy health has gotten worse and worse. Last year I thought I said my final goodbyes to my best friend. Miraculously he's still with us and his health has stabilized with dialysis, belly taps, care givers, and constant monitoring.
I visited Jimmy over the weekend and it broke my heart when I learned that he has to live in his downstairs living room because he can't climb the stairs to his bedroom. He also can't sit in any of the living room furniture because everything is too low to the ground and he can't get back up if he sits down! So Jim spends 95% of his time either lying in his hospital bed or sitting sideways on the bed watching reruns of NCIS and whatever other crappy TV he can find.
I want to give back and help the man that brought us ALL so much joy thru out the years.
Jimmy knows hundreds of people and if we all could give just a few dollars: 5, 10, 20, or whatever you can afford. Let's all chip in and get Jim a medical lift chair with massage. His birthday is coming up in December and I want nothing more than to deliver the fanciest lifting massage chair ever. Please help me. Spread the word. The more $ we can raise the better. There are other medical supplies needed to help him and we will put any additional funds raised towards them.
