A brighter future for Turkish girls in need
Help Turkish girls in need live an independent and successful life by supporting their English education!
For girls growing up in Turkey, it can be difficult to fulfill their potential and lead a fully independent and successful life. There is one skill which can greatly improve their chances of a successful future: being able to speak English!
With the funds we raise via our Piano Recital on April 11th, we will sponsor students in our program to attend a one-month online English course at English Time Language Schools in Turkey (https://www.englishtime.com).
For the past two years, we at Strong Girls - Guclu Kizlar match volunteers who are willing to give one hour a week to do free online English conversation practice with Turkish girls who greatly benefit from it, via our mobile app (more details on our website and Instagram page: www.guclukizlar.com, https://www.instagram.com/bizguclukizlariz/ ).
The number of students we can sponsor will depend on the amount of donations we get.
The cost of one student’s monthly online course is 299 TL (35 CHF).
The donations will close on April 15, 2021 at 23.59 CET.
Winners will be notified on April 16, 2021.
