Help a disabled black trans person avoid eviction

Hello, my name is Nathan and I’m a 23-year-old, disabled black trans person who is currently at risk of being evicted. During the summer, I was not able to work as much as I needed to in order to make ends meet and have since been playing catch-up unsuccessfully. I am unable to receive emergency assistance from the state because they cannot give more money than $2500, and that is more than what I owe. If I’m able to bring my balance within that level, I can apply and receive that assistance.
