My name is Liz and I am raising money for my dear friend Catrina. She has made the most selfless decision to adopt her three younger cousins. These three girls have been through unimaginable abuse at the hands of their parents. The girls were separated and under the safe care of other family members. Due to unforeseen medical problems, the girls were at risk of going to foster care.
Catrina made the decision to seek guardianship and will adopt the girls. She could not bear to see the girls suffer any more emotional trauma by another upheaval in their life as well as the potential unknown risks of being put into the foster system. Who knows if they would have been separated yet again!
These sisters will be given the chance to be together again in a safe home with someone that they trust and love. They will be given the opportunity to be sisters.
Catrina is changing her life to give her younger cousins a life worth living! In doing so, she is moving out of state to keep the girls safe from their parents. The girls are really excited about this journey and to be far far far from those that caused them so much pain and abuse.
This fund will be used to help them start a new life, a life that is full of love, care, support, and safety.
Your support is greatly appreciated! Catrina is always helping people by volunteering her time, helping friends out, donates clothes, shoes, and gift cards to kids in need. She will give you the coat she is wearing if someone needs it more than she does. Now it is time for Catrina to receive help to help these girls.
