Help Zoey Fight and Win Dry FIP!

Donation protected
On Tuesday, May 21, 2020, my sweet sweet little girl Zoey was diagnosed with ocular/neuro dry FIP. She is only 15 months old and has a mutated virus, feline infectious peritonitis, invading her eyes and her neurological mobility. I adore her and she is loved  by her brothers and sisters too.

This is day 3 of treatment. You can see that her pupil isn’t as round as it was before, and not seen are the edges of her eyeballs. Day 1, they were red. The virus started attacking her blood vessels there. Day 3, they are white now leading me to believe that this drug is helping her.

I started her on a 84 day treatment on a drug that’s been approved by Dr. Pedersen (UC Davis) to treat FIP. Unfortunately, this drug is incredibly expensive. Currently, because she is 6.5 lbs and experiencing neuro, her dose is 10kg/mg.

A current single dose is $47. If she keeps to her dose, an estimated total is $3948. This does not include the routine blood tests and if the treatment needs to be continued afterward.

Unfortunately, I am out of work (stage 3) and on PUA. However, the costs of rent, bills, supplies, vet visits, blood tests, a potential ultrasound to rule out the virus in her brain, extra treatment in case she needs it, are overwhelming and take away from that fund and I fear I will not be able to afford her treatment.

Zoey and I would truly appreciate any donations and shares. Thank you.
