Zoe Grace Armitage, heart baby of Andrew and Kacie Armitage and cherished sister of Londyn Joy was born on April 11, 2012 with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. After fighting congenital heart disease for four months, Zoe passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her parents on August 31, 2012 at Randall Children's Hospital.
In the efforts to place a lovely monument at the head of Zoe's grave, the Armitage family is grateful for any donations that can be made toward the expense to preserve the memory of their sweet angel baby.
