Zander's Surgery & HW Treatment

Sweet Zander needs your help to get the surgery and heartworm treatment he desperately needs so he can find his forever home.   As many of you know, Zander was a long stay dog at a kill-shelter.  His prior adopter discovered that  in addition to having heart worm, Zander has a broken leg that never healed properly and he is in a great deal of pain.  Zander was returned to the Lockhart Shelter since his adopter was unable to care for his medical needs. We are doing what we can to manage his pain for now but  Zander needs surgery and heartworm treatment.   He currently has a medical foster but we can't get him the medical care he desperately needs or secure a forever home for him until we raise vital funds .
