Zach's New Kidney

Here's Zach and his wife, Liz. 
Zach has been on dialysis and awaiting a new kidney since 2013. Last week, a kidney became available, and Zach became a transplant recipient.

Zach and Liz have three children, Brandon (10), Isaiah (9), and Camille (3). 

Zach is now in Seattle, where he will be staying for a minimum of several weeks during his recovery and close follow-up, while Liz and the children carry on at home in Alaska. 

Liz is a much loved and indispensable part of Anchorage Montessori School, where she works as a Lead Teacher in the Toddler Room and administrative guru.
