Support San Diego Youth Symphony!
Donation protected
Please help our Youth Symphony! It change kids' lives for the better through music education. SDYS provides a safe community for often times at-risk children, who participate in afterschool and weekend music programs. They are given a musical instrument and then taught to play and perform in ensembles and orchestras – all on a free scholarship basis.
But it all begins with donated money that helps to buy instruments, instruction and inspiration.
Would you please make a financial contribution to SDYS to help with its programs?
Together we can make a difference and even save lives. Here is one particularly inspirational quote from one of our children:
“Before I joined (SDYS), I was going through a deep state of depression. I was never really happy because of some traumatic experiences that I had gone through as a child. Yet, when I entered, my psychologist was truly surprised at the quick recovery I was making. I guess you can say that joining SDYS saved me. It has inspired me to be a better person and has boosted my self esteem to believe that I can do anything that I set my mind to. If it weren’t for the scholarship money that you help provide, I would not be where I am right now.”
