Xavi's Treatment

Donation protected
Xavier was experiencing fevers and some shortness of breath, so he went in to Jackson South to get tested for the COVID-19.

His test came back negative for COVID. Little did they know they would be faced with a different monster.

The doctors sent for a CT and realized there was a mediastinal mass. They informed Xavier right away that he will need further CT's to confirm, then move on to a biopsy because there was a possibility that what he has is Lymphoma. Last week he received a call that it is indeed, a form of Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

Hodgkin's Lymphoma was previously known as Hodgkin's Disease. It is a cancer in the lymphatic system, which is part of our immune system.

Although they have yet to see the Oncologist, he is set to see him at the end of this month (July).

He will know further the exact plan of treatment.

Thankfully, Hodgkin's Lymphoma is known to be one of the most treatable and curable cancers. But Xavier needs the help of family and friends to start the treatments as soon as the Oncologist requests.

Any little amount will be a blessing as it'll help Xavier start his treatments until the hospital provides their insurance.
