Our athletes are a part of a ground breaking movement to develop extreme teen leaders. An Extreme Teen Leader is a teen of character that is far above the ordinary setting impossible goals and reaching them...never giving up, never settling for the status quo. A thoughtful giver, an academic, an athlete, a risk-taker, fearless and ready to take a stand for what they believe in. Passionate, committed, and unstoppable.
Our core mission is to empower youth in the community to become impactful leaders, equip them with strong moral principles to support them in making life decisions, and encourage them to set goals and accomplish the extraordinary.

By leveraging the benefits gained through mentoring, team sports, and leadership training our staff is committed to fulfilling our vision of the youth in our community being well-rounded, morally grounded, and successful in every domain of their life.
The funds provided by our sponsors will be used to pay for uniforms, tournament fees, gym rental, sports equipment, and team travel expenses. As you may know, AAU participation is expensive and your funds will help reduce the burden to economically challenged families in our community. Your sponsorship will help assure the success of XTL Sports Club and ultimately the success of our athletes.
