Ireland's Journey Raising Money for CMTC

We are raising money in order to start a not-for-profit Charity in Canada for children afflicted by CMTC Vascular anomalies.  This charity would open up opportunities for families and patients to connect with physicians who specialize in vascular health and raise awareness for a condition that exceptionally rare. The page is called Ireland's journey as our daughter Ireland is afflicted with the condition. We are determined as a united family to bring awareness and make change so that families can access the help they need here in Canada.
