The Paula D Winsor Foundation, Inc. was created in September of 2016! We are a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation which primarily provides scholarships for high school students enrolled (or enrolling in) a Certified Nursing Program.

Our annual fundraising event, the Payette County Challenge is scheduled for June 22, 2019! Last year, we were able to award $1,500 in CNA scholarships and provide the Boys & Girls Club of Payette with $600 in recreational equipment for their new clubhouse!
