Kidney Transplant Fund

This past week my entire life has changed.  It is hard to figure out where to start when addressing friends, family, and strangers on my situation but here we go.  

I got up for work the other day as normal but was not feeling 100%, still the day must go on.  With in 12 hours I was vomitting violently and could not even keep a drop of water down.  After an urgent care visit and admission to the Emergency Room we found that my only kidney was not functioning properly.   A 2 1/2 hour surgery became 7 hours and it was determined that I have complete kidney failure.  Let me tell you, this is not easy to hear and probably the scariest experience of my life.   So now I'm on here asking for your help and asking you to spread the word.  I am going on the list for a transplant and am looking for a kidney donor.  I am not giving up and I will keep trying to live my life as normal as possible.  I am trying to raise money to cover medical expenses that are adding up, even with good health coverage,  and would like to help cover expenses of the donor when I do find one.  Friends and family are being tested and if there is a match, with enough donations their help will be covered for their generiousity.   Any excess funds raised, after the transplant, will be donated to The National Kidney Foundation.   Please share this and spread the word.  ANY help is appreciated and I thank you for taking the time to read this!
