Greetings from Team Averi! Thanks for taking time out of your day to check out Averi's site, which was created by friends and family to raise funds to put her on the road in a modified bicycle!
Here's a little info on our 11 year old princess; she's a spunky little girl who loves to laugh, listen to music, cheer for her school basketball team (Go Pioneer Tigers!), and spend time with her mommy and twin brother! Averi has Cerebal Palsy and also suffers occasional seizures. She gains her mobility with use of a wheelchair. As many of you may know, adaptive equipment is EXTREMELY expensive! In order for Averi to safely be able to enjoy the wind in her hair like other kids her age, she will require many adaptions on a bicycle to get her out and about. Averi was recently entered into a contest to win an adapted bicycle, but unfortunately did not win (we're thrilled for the individual who did though!).
Everyone around Averi knows how much a piece of equipment like this would benefit her, so we want to gather our efforts and make this happen! We need your help! 100% of donations will go directly to an account for this bike. This is a safe site that has raised millions for similar causes, so let's make this happen.
