Raccolta fondi a sostegno di ospedali e personale sanitario in Lombardia, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia-Giulia e Liguria
WeWorld, organizzazione che da 50 anni si occupa di garantire i diritti di donne, bambini e bambine in 29 Paesi, compresa l’Italia, ha deciso di mettere in campo le proprie risorse per sostenere i più deboli e attivarsi per unire le forze e far fronte a questa emergenza.
Noi di WeWorld abbiamo lanciato la campagna #restiamouniti, con la quale sosterremo ospedali e personale sanitario, seguendo le indicazioni della Protezione Civile, per garantire l’incolumità di medici e infermieri e contemporaneamente aumentare la capacità di risposta degli ospedali lombardi, emiliani, friulani e liguri. I contagi aumentano e in molti presidi si rischia che i sistemi ospedalieri non possano fronteggiare il picco di contagi e la situazione diventi critica.
WeWorld vuole anche garantire che i più fragili, quelli che normalmente vengono lasciati indietro dalla società, non restino isolati. I ragazzi – e le loro famiglie - che seguiamo nei progetti contro la dispersione scolastica sono smarriti da quanto sta succedendo e non riescono a seguire i programmi scolastici, le donne in situazione di difficoltà sono confinate in casa con i maltrattanti. A loro va il nostro pensiero quotidiano e stiamo attuando azioni per garantire sostegno e aiuto. Con una donazione puoi fare molto.
Con 120 euro fornisci materiale medico sanitario per i reparti di terapie intensive all’interno degli ospedali
Con 75 euro puoi donare kit per cure domiciliari e assistenza ad anziani e tutti coloro che non possono accedere alle strutture sanitarie

Fundraising campaign in support of hospitals and medical staff in the Lombardia, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Liguria regions.
WeWorld, a no-profit organization operating to support women’s and children’s rights in 29 countries all over the world, Italy included, is launching a campaign to support the most vulnerable in facing the current emergency.
The funds raised with the campaign #restiamouniti will support hospitals and health workers in order to safeguard them as much as possible from contagion and, at the same time, in order to maximize the capacity to respond to the crisis of the hospitals of Lombardia, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Liguria. The outbreak is spreading like a wildfire and, in many regions, we’re risking the collapse of health facilities. That would bring us to an even stronger crisis as we strive to manage the peak of the contagion.
At the same time, WeWorld is acting strongly to support those who are normally the most vulnerable in our society and who are quickly becoming more so as the crisis unfolds. The children of our Italian projects - and their families – are at a loss coping with the emergency and they are now at an even higher risk of school dropout than before the outbreak. Some women are now to stay home 24/7 in an oppressing environment with a huge risk of psychological consequences. We need to help them get through the crisis minimizing the dangers and the damage now and for the near future.

120 euros will supply the intensive care units of the hospitals with medical and sanitary equipment
75 euros will provide a home care kit and assistance for the elderly and all the people who are unable to access health structures.
50 euros will guarantee psychological support for children with difficult background and their parents in order to help them cope with the emergency
35 euros will allow us to set up a help line for abused women, because staying at home is dangerous to them and they are at high risk of being isolated and subject to oppressive environment.
