We're "World Series" bound!
As the new Florida Dixie Youth AA STATE CHAMPIONS, the West Volusia All-Stars, or WeVo, as our fans like to call us, are headed to the 2013 Dixie Youth AA Baseball Tournament in South Carolina -- a first for our area -- where we'll proudly represent Volusia County, and the entire state of Florida, as the top 7/8 year-old team.
Playing on such a large stage, while representing your state, is truly the dream of a lifetime for any baseball-loving boy, but it comes with big expense -- lodging, travel, meals, uniforms and equipment during the weeklong tournament. We receive very little funding and with just 3 weeks to meet our fundraising goal, it's 'two-out rally' time, and we're looking for a few big hitters to join the lineup!
