NORTHSIDE SUBURBAN LITTLE LEAGUE 12 YR OLD ALL STARS advanced to UNITED STATES REGIONAL TOURNAMENT!!
Fourteen boys have been working hard since June 14th to help make their dream come true! So far they have won DISTRICT (best in San Antonio), SECTIONALS (best in SW Texas), and STATE (claiming West Texas State Champion title)! Across the United States over 7,000 all star teams started this journey & only 64 remain!!
Part of the journey already completed required travel and hotel stays. Next week NSLL will travel to compete against 6 other states for an invitation to the LLWS!! From July 31-August 7th the team will be competing in Waco for the US Southwest Regional Tournament. The team is looking for assistance to help the 14 families attend the games for that week. Financial support is GREATLY appreciated and will go towards the family's travel and hotel costs. It is estimated each family's expenses for this regional tournament will be $1000. We are hoping to raise $8000 here that will be divided and given equally to each player. The goal is $8000 so that each player would receive $550 to help offset some of the expenses.
