Waterworld, the Aqua Play!

From the perilous, murky underworld of New Orleans re-emerges Microwave Babies, a jeopardous, thorny clan of theater makers, bringing you into a world unlike any you have ever experienced.

Waterworld: The Aqua-Play will be a total immersive experience, directed by Michael Martin and Danielle Small, with music by Ratty Scurvics; synchronized swimming choreography by Jules Ismaname and Reverend Spooky Lestrange; projections, lighting and video magic by Eric Sie; and costume design by Dana Embree.
Our guests are invited to a beautiful, secret pool in the Bywater, and to frolic in the water with Tiki drinks before the play. They will then be seated in and around the pool to be transported to a world we fear could be the very next step in our existence.

Our fundraising efforts are for props, set pieces, costumes, and production costs such as front of house staff, lights, sound, flyers, space, and meager pay our for our actors and production team. We could use anything you have to spare and will use it immediately to help support Waterworld. In anticipated appreciation we have come up with some very fine thank you gifts.

Microwave Babies is working hard to provide our audiences with a cool summer night out. We can't wait to bring our friends, old and new, into our new world.
