Wanjiru CAN DO Cannes!

About Wanjiru Njendu, Director

Wanjiru CAN DO Cannes 2013!
· She just got her accreditation approved by the festival which starts Wednesday May 15th, 2013!
· She has a place to stay!
· Now she needs your help to get there (we all are helping her cover the cost of airfare and ground transportation).
Our goal is to raise $1,850.00 for Wanjiru by Friday May 10th, 2013 at high noon!

See below for details:

Who: You, that's who!
Why: Because getting into Cannes is a rare opportunity that can propel a filmmaker's career to the next level, and it doesn't come along every day. Cannes is one of the few places that a filmmaker can pitch their films and ideas to multiple financiers.
Let's support each other as artists and filmmakers.

What: A fundraiser HAPPY HOUR at The Eclectic Café in the NOHO Arts District.

A $5 dollar cover fee at the door, (CASH only) goes directly to the Filmmaker.

You pay The Eclectic Café directly for happy hour drinks and appetizers. The Eclectic has generously extended their standard happy hour to 8pm, to help make it easier for you come raise a glass and wish Wanjiru Bon Voyage.
