Wanda's Mission Trip to Uganda 2016

Greetings friends and family. I’m coming to you, to ask for first your prayers and second for your financial support as I embark on a lifelong dream of participating in a mission trip. Since I retired in 2014 I have been seeking the Lord and waiting for the right opportunity to present itself. The time is finally here! I would like to ask for your help and ask you to consider supporting this mission trip to Uganda.
During the month of October 6th thru October 18th 2016 , I will be going to Uganda Africa with a team from Renewing Your Mind International Ministries along with Pennies for Posho, a non- profit organization. The purpose of our trip is to (1st) allow God to work in our lives through personal enrichment that comes from this type of mission trip. (2nd) helping to feed the orphanages in various places in Uganda. The non - profit organization, Pennies for Posho, has established a number of feeding stations. What began with four orphanages has now grown to 16, and about 5000 children since 2007. Each year a children’s choir known as Uganda Thunder is brought over to the US to tour. Love offerings from the tour are used to help the orphanages in Uganda. I’m excited about this opportunity, I hope you see the value in what we will and can accomplish.
A trip like this requires financial support. Unfortunately mission work is not free so I’m trying to raise funds for my flight from the USA to Uganda , room and board while abroad. I need your help to raise 2,800. $1 to $100 it all helps. If you can support me I would be so very grateful and humbled by your support.
Last but certainly not least and most importantly, I need your prayer support. Prayer is the fuel that will allow us to be successful as we follow Gods leading in this country.
