Walt Still Needs Help!

Donation protected
I am sure everyone who knows Walt remembers everything he has been through since last Feb, & March. well it hasn't ended yet. Financually and Physically as well.
Walt is still in excruciating pain from his surgery, yet he continues to work three jobs on top of taking care of 6 pets and 4-5 foster children at any given time. He's looking to retire soon, but is too far behind on medical bills, household bills, vehicle bills, etc. Every little donation helps, even if it's just ten dollars. We need to reach our goal by the end of February of 2016 or we will have to foreclose on the house. We want to try our hardest to keep our family together, but foreclosure would mean that the kids would have to be moved out of what they call home. Please help us reach our goal as soon as possible!! Thank you and God bless!

Walt underwent surgery in Boston Ma. On Feb. 13th, 2015, to repair his spinal cord. There was no spinal fluid getting through to the lower section of the body. Without the surgery he would be paralyzed within the year. He also needed a fusion on one of the disc as well. He was in the hospital from the 13th until the 18th. The surgery went well (it was a 4 ½ hour surgery) but left him in excruciating pain. Some pain was expected of course, but as days past the pain didn’t. Instead, it was seeming to become worse, and then on March 1st, Walt showed a fever of 102.8. I called the visiting nurse, she came and checked his vital signs, and then called an ambulance. He was brought to the Emergency Room here in Rutland, and after getting blood cultures and a CAT scan, they found a large mass of fluid on the spine, followed by an infection. The attending physician called Boston to get him admitted there, which is 4 hours away.
After arriving in the E.R in Boston at 5:20am, Walt was admitted for surgery the next day March 2nd to flush the area of the infection. The surgery was supposed to be only 45 minutes long, and it was nerve racking, as the infection was so close to the brain he could have died. 2 ½ hours later they came and got me to go see him.  He was in the Hospital for 4 days this time and will be on and IV antibiotic for 6 weeks, as well as having to be in a collar until June. We don’t know when he will be able to return to work again.
Walt has been involved with helping kids and adults in our area for over 18 years now. Whenever someone needs him, he’s always there, just a phone call away, no matter what time of the day. He will always go to help out whoever is in need, whether it be a ride somewhere, to bring Clothes to someone who needs them, he’s always ready to help,
Walt has also been a coach for over 24 years for CYO (Ruff Ryders) and a number of AAU teams as well as assistant coach in Middlebury, because helping kids out is what he loves to do. He has also volunteered at the Marble Valley Correctional Facility, as well as helping with the ©Sheriff’s Department transportation, and he’s also been involved with local flag football as well as youth baseball teams. Walt has also volunteered 28 years of his time to become a foster parent, where he has been able to help youth in need.
Walt needs help from others now, and is having a hard time with asking for it. This situation has put us in a financial downfall, with all of the co-pays for Doctor visits, medication’s, and the everyday cost of living, bills are piling up quickly, which is making us behind in our mortgage, lights, and city bills as well. And just recently a rock hit the windshield of our car and now we have to replace that, (it’s below the deductible price) of course.
Any help you may be able to give would be greatly appreciated. We will pray for you at Church as well.

Thank you in advance for your help
