Roof rebuilding for Walker home

Donation protected
It has been a long three weeks after the devastating hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico. It took my family almost two weeks to find out anything about the Walker homestead on the West Side of the island, and when we did, we found out the roof was completely gone. This home was built by my grandparents (David and Della Walker) during their long time in Puerto Rico. It was built by many loving hands and has been the refugee and welcoming place for many individuals during rough times and good times. My aunt Robin has been living there and durring hurricane Maria it completely lost all its roof. The family is in the process of rebuilding the roof (as all that was left is unusable now) but we need your help to help cover the cost of the roof.  As many of you have witnessed this storm hasn't been easy and its aftermath has been even worse. Please help the Walker family rebuild the roof of such a glorious and welcoming home. This fundraising is to help cover the cost of materials to put a roof over the main structure of the house (bedrooms and bathroom) and the kitchen which are two seperate structures. Thank you for all your help and support, the Walker's (off the island and on the island) really appreciate it! I am David and Della's grandaughter in Portland, OR fundraising for Della's and her daughter, Robin's,  home in San German, PR which was hit hard by Hurrican Maria.
