Wagsonville Wescue Dog Rescue (FL)

Greetings!
My name is KC.  I have been operating my own dog rescue out of my home since 2009.  Since starting up following the needs of two stranded pit bulls (who were returned home), all expenses for my rescue have come out of my pocket.  This is something I understood going into this endeavor as I knew money was tight even for government funded rescues.
My heart has become much bigger than my wallet.  As a public school teacher in the state of Florida, my full time hours are spent at school.  I'm not able to go out and fundraise as much as I need to in order to maintain my rescue, but we get by.  
I am asking for donations in order to apply for and obtain my 501c3 certification in order to become a government-recognized non-profit rescue.  I also intend to maintain this page after that is paid for as a means to continue fundraising for my, "wescues," and all of their needs.
Plans to grow as a rescue and so much more are already in place for the coming years, as well.
