<div>By fundraising for surgery, we hope to bring treatment to people who wouldn't have the means to pay for treatment on their own. Our fundraising will cover the costs of theatre and clinical equipment required for surgery. Our surgeons and nursing staff will give their time for free of charge.

<div>We are delighted to be hosting a fundraising event on Saturday 15th November as part of the Scottish Optometry Awards, celebrating excellence within the optical industry. Supported by the Scottish Optical Conference, the evening will feature a short awards ceremony and is open to all delegates and members of the optical community. Entry is by donation, with proceeds going to our Sight Saving Fund.  Following the event, practitioners will have the opportunity to nominate patients for consideration of free surgery, based on the total funds raised.
