Vincent Alberghine MH Scholarship Fund
Donation protected
The Vincent Alberghine Memorial Hockey Scholarship is awarded each year to a high school senior hockey player who has demonstrated good citizenship, academic achievement and school involvement. Criteria are based on demonstration of character, leadership and positive attitude on the ice. The academic achievement of applicants must be demonstrated through the maintenance of a grade point average throughout high school of no lower than 3.2. Students must submit their high school transcript and an endorsement from their academic adviser to be considered.
A portion to the memorial fund that is awarded will be $500 to $1000 grants to all of the VA hockey affiliates across the state to use for making mini mite and mite hockey more affordable for the parents in some way. We think it is just as important to work both ends of the age spectrum, in order to support the players.
