Vicky is one of the nicest, most genuine and selfless people I have ever met. She’d do anything and everything to help anyone in need, and now she needs us.

A few weeks ago, Vicky’s mom started acting strange. Her speech was slurred, her thoughts a bit jumbled... but she felt fine otherwise, so she waited, hoping it was stress related. A few days ago, she was suddenly disoriented, and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. Upon reviewing the CT scan, they discovered a tumor in her brain, and after further testing, they discovered tumors and lesions in her lungs as well.

The prognosis is still uncertain, but we know she will spend many days in the hospital at the very least. The stress and fear that come with such diagnosis is more than any of us could bear.  We’ve created this campaign to help relieve the financial burden, and allow Vicky to take the time off work to be with her mom at the hospital, and through the chemotherapy and radiation treatment that will follow the surgery.
