Thank you for taking the time to read why I started this Fundraiser for my sister Vanessa.
In October 2017 My sister at just 1 day of turning 32 years old was dignoized with Type 2 breast cancer, for a lot of people that don't know all the types and stages of cancer, we care lucky enough to say she is on time to get cured and she can possibly have a normal life in the future. This does not make things any easier.
My sister vanessa is a single mother with 2 kids, one boy of 12 yrs and a girl of 6 yrs. I can say life was unfair to her just because she was just starting a new life alone in her own apartment with her two kids, she had started a new job with good benefits and she had lots of dreams and hopes, goals for herself and kids,
she had just started to see the light at the end of the tunnel, Until this happens.
After so many test and doctors appointments, missing work, paying bills and just getting by she had to make a tuff dicision to move to a different city with our parents so she could get through this challange.
She couldnt keep her job, she missed so much work, it started getting painful for her to move her upperbody and after every chimotherapy my parents would miss days of work to come takecare of her because of the secoundary effects chimos did too her, it was getting financially tuff on her and my family.
Whats most important for us as her family is to get her cured and not have to worrie about paying bills or gas money or even basic personal needs, we want her to just worrie about getting cured.
If you have the honor of Knowing my sister vanessa she is a amazing person, a loving mother and a great sister, daughter and friend. She has a positive outlook, she has been keeping her head up and is staying strong which I am super impressed by, with such a cruel disease.
