Fund-a-need for this Fall's production of Chicago the Musical. Did you know that ticket sales only covers a quarter of production costs? Vail Valley Theatre Company is a 501(c)3 non profit organization, donations are tax deductible as allowed. Our organization has produced quality theatrical shows in the Valley for 26 years. We have an amazing cast lined up for Chicago and need your help to make it one of the BEST shows we have ever produced.
We are offer the following donor levels for your giving:
Dress Rehearsal $0-$99
VVTC membership, voting privileges at the VVTC annual meeting, mention in program and web site.
Back Stage $100-$599
Above benefits plus invitation to view one closed rehearsal, one ticket to a VVTC production
Center Stage $600-$999
Above benefits plus back stage tour, two tickets to one VVTC event or production, conversations with artists and creative team.
Playbill $1000-$2900
Above benefits plus a signed cast photo of a VVTC production, ½
page ad in program, reserved seating area and champagne at one
after party.
Curtain Call $3000-$7500
Above benefits plus two tickets for every production and events for a full year.
Underwriting $12,000
Exclusive sponsorship of the production, mentions on all marketing and PR materials as the underwriter
