Urgent Help for Afghan Refugees

It has come a time where afghanistan is once again vulnerable. 

Everyone is watching the country go down and hearts are breaking all over the world. 

Our people need us!

Women and Children of the World (formerly Shekib Foundation) (Canada), in Association with Jalali Foundation (Afghanistan) have been raising funds to help provide food and shelter for afghan refugees that were forced to leave their homes and loved ones.

We have people on the ground checking in with those in need regularly and directly so that your donations go straight to what is needed. 

Before creating the gofundme page, we collected donations through e-transfers and the first round of donations that was sent helped provide blankets, water, food and some other necessary items for cooking and boiling water.  The second round of donations is on its way, but we need to raise more. 

There are women and children hungry sleeping on the hard ground; their babies and infants in need of milk.
