Undersheriff Chad Murphy

From my sister in law who started this for us: (I am doing the updates) Undersheriff Chad Murphy with the Rice County Sheriff’s Office was shot 4 times in the line of duty on April 29, 2019, in Sterling, Kansas. He was flown to Wichita, Ks. Chad is getting better every day, however two of the injuries have caused very limited mobility to both of his arms and he will have to spend an extended amount of time in rehab. With his wife and family by his side, we know he will make a full recovery! Until then, we all know how life continues on, bills are still due and food still has to be put on the table. Chad is my brother-in-law and we want to help with anything we can so that Chad can focus on getting better! So many people want to help, so we set up this fundraiser with Chad’s permission.
