Ultramarathon for Veterans Expeditions

On Saturday December 14, I will be running the Table Rock 50-mile ultramarathon to raise money for Veterans Expeditions. Veterans Expeditions is a veteran led and operated non-profit that uses wilderness challenges and outdoor leadership to help reconnect veterans and reintegrate them into society.

Having recently made the military to civilian transition myself, I can tell you that it can be a difficult and stressful process and that groups like Veterans Expeditions truly make a difference.
