Hello all!
I just started a job as the general music teacher at a charter school in Philadelphia. I teach music to students from Kindergarten to 8th grade and they need instruments! Each of my classes has 30-35 students so I want to get 40 ukuleles in my classroom so I can not only teach an abundance of musical concepts but to also continue to hone their motor skills.

Each of my classes has 30-35 students so I want to get 40 ukuleles in my classroom so I can not only teach an abundance of musical concepts but to also continue to hone their motor skills.
Getting 40 ukuleles that will last more than a few years will cost around $1,300 and purchasing two stands to store the ukuleles in the classroom will cost $700 (plus the cut that GoFundMe takes). I am purchasing the ukuleles and stands from a local store called BridgeSet Sound located on South Street!
Having these instruments in the classroom will greatly impact the lives of so many children inside and outside of the music classroom. No donation is too small, thank you so much for helping out with this wonderful cause!
