Udja Temple Land and Programming Fund

  Udja Temple is committed to the spiritual liberation of humanity through the reclamation of the Afrikan Goddess as Divine Mother Creator, and through a re-establishment of the prosperous, peaceful and balanced Matriarchal culture sustained by what we have named Black Goddess Consciousness. 

  We are now in our 14th year of praising The Great Mother, our sweet Black Mother. 14 years of being a part of much social justice work, being of service in several areas. We have done work in Domestic Violence prevention, Food Sovereignty and Justice, Environmental/Climate Justice, Housing For All and Homelessness prevention.

As we expand our ministry and bring on new Priestesses and folks that can assist with these services we have also been dreaming of this day, SHE the Great Mother has called us to build a Temple and service areas (Complex) inside of Turtle Island (North America). We are told to build this physical space,  and now we are asking you for your assistance to help in this work which began as a humble podcast in late 2008. Our efforts have us looking at the state of Colorado, preferably in El Paso County, the land and buildings are at a reasonable rate and there is plenty of lands.

  This is a collective effort, we are working on Grant Writing for the Temple Complex asking for the resources to secure land and possibly a house or an old church that can be rehabilitated for Udja Temple, as well as a living space for Dr. Baruti and future family.

This land and space will allow us to not only hold messages but to use the space for other sacred gatherings to honor the Divine Mother and Black and Brown Women. Other buildings and space on the land are to be used for community meetings and services like ;
