Hello everyone,

I am so excited to let you know I won first place in Colorado and I’ve made the USA Rocketry team. I will be competing in the World Space Modeling Competition held in Serbia, August 2025.

I will be representing team USA for the S8D event. This involves launching the HawkPro RC airplane as a rocket and then take rc control of the plane, fly it precisely for 6 min while landing it on a target spot.

For this event, I need a specific type of DLG competition glider and the one I got last Fall was almost $1000.

Your donations will help me prepare and pay travel expenses for the international competition in Serbia. I will need to buy a backup plane too, just like the HawkPro.

I have discovered model rockets a year go and I love it! Mastering flying skills, led me to join our local RC club, The Stone Mountain RC Flyers Club.

It’s an amazing learning experience and got to meet lots of engineers and passionate RC flyers and rocketeers at the local launches organized by SoAR (Southern Area Rocketry).
