Urgent Spine Surgery

I have known Maria for over 20 years. This is a woman that has shown me throughout life unbelieveable strength and courage. If not for her I would not be the person I am today.  Sadly over the past 4 years Maria has developed a deteriorating spinal condition that has caused her physical, emotional and mental anguish.
