Raising $2700 for my 27th birthday

I'm turning 27! While it's just another year on the books for me, I'd like to use the opportunity to make an impact in someone else's life. 

I've recently been introduced and involved in a local organization called LeaderSpark. The small team (with an even smaller budget) has two missions that I'm very passionate about and have been very active in during my time in Columbus: 

(1) Neighborhood improvement 

(2) Empowering youth

LeaderSpark trains youth to be leaders in their schools and communities through a project-based curriculum and training program.  Most recent projects have seen LeaderSpark participants organize a stop bullying initiative in Franklinton-area schools and restoring historic art landmarks across Broad St. Again, these are teenagers leading these programs...really spectacular stuff!
