Help Tyler During Stroke Recovery

Tyler Boone suffered from a stroke on Monday, February 23, 2015. After going to the hospital he and his family found out that he had a tear in his right carotid artery. This is rare in a person the age of 30, and can be cause by something traumatic or something as simple as coughing or sneezing. His body began to try and heal itself by forming a blood clot. The clot then traveled to his brain causing the stroke. Tyler also has cerbral stenosis, which is when an artery in the skull becomes blocked by plaque or disease. He has been moved to ICU to better evalute him, and to continue daily CT head scans to watch the cerebral edema (swelling). The stoke left Tyler with paralysis on the left side of his face and body. Rehabilitation will be the key to his recovery. He and his family are very faithful he will regain what has been lost. They ask that you continue to pray for Tyler, that the swelling on his brain will not continue, and for complete healing. Friends of the family have started this fund to help with finanical burden while Tyler is on his road to recovery.
