As a new father 14 years ago, I felt lost, unsure of what was expected of me. Fast forward to 2016 and the #MeToo movement, I realised I wanted to do something meaningful for my son—to show him what it truly means to be a man. This realisation set me on a quest to work on myself, and soon I discovered men’s work and shadow work.

I left no stone unturned, diving deep into tools and processes that help men dal with their traumas and shadows. In 2020 during covid, I launched an initiative for French-speaking fathers, offering circles and a podcast to support them. Now, I am bringing this mission to the UK to support fathers from all walks of life who need help navigating their journey.

True North Odyssey is the culmination of my personal growth and dedication to my mission which is to create a safe world of love and playfulness by sharing authentic ideas & helping others to grow to their true selves. Creating a safer world where fathers can thrive, inspire, and leave a lasting legacy for future generations.

Our Mission:

True North Odyssey exists to help fathers make sense of their upbringing so they can better support the next generation. Through coaching, retreats, and courses, we equip fathers to:

Embrace vulnerability as strength.

Build deeper connections with their children.

Live with purpose and leave a legacy of guidance and protection.

Father-Son / Daughter Retreats: Unique experiences designed to deepen the bond between fathers and their children in nature and sacred spaces. First one in May 2025, taking booking.

Courses and Coaching: Online and in-person programmes to help fathers discover their purpose and develop meaningful tools for life.

Birth of the masculine Podcast: Anonymous, powerful stories of fatherhood that connect listeners to the impact of fathers or lack of.

Community Circles: Exclusive meetups in London & online to foster connection and growth among fathers.
