Trinity's Treats is opening a storefront to meet the growing demand for our custom cakes and desserts! Any funds raised will be used to purchase commercial equipment for our bakery.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN ~
Hi! My name is Malaika.
With a desire to teach and a gift to cook, I discovered my calling in creative design as a certified Master Cake Designer and instructor in 2010. The vision for Trinity's Treats began while stationed in Montichiari, Italy when my love of art and cooking merged to create uniquely designed, hand-crafted cakes. In addition to custom designed cakes, Trinity's Treats also offers desserts for the everyday sweet tooth! I take pride in providing premier customer service and quality made-from-scratch desserts using only the freshest ingredients, just like my Granny taught me.
After the military moved us to southern Spain, I continued to share my love of baking by teaching classes so that others may perfect the art of cake design. I wholeheartedly believe that we are blessed so that we may be a blessing to others. We strive to live out this belief by giving back to our community through fundraisers for a variety of community-based organizations, schools, community outreach ministries and other non-profit organizations such as the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life events.
IT'S TIME TO EXPAND!!!
We are now located in Albuquerque, New Mexico were we plan to permanently set roots and establish Trinity's Treat to be a household name in "The Land Of Enchantment". We are currently operating out of a licensed commercial kitchen, but we have outgrown that space a lot sooner than we expected! The demand for our products has grown tremendously and unfortunately, our current location is not set up for retail space. With your help, it is our desire to open a store front location that would enable us to better serve the Albuquerque community by proving not only custom desserts, but desserts for the everyday sweet tooth!
It's more than just cakes and cupcakes. It's a ministry.
There is also a ministry and community outreach side to what we do. As an U.S. Air Force veteran and wife of an active duty Air Force member/baptist minister, I am devoted to community service. At Trinity's Treats, we believe in empowering others through the love of Jesus Christ. We have found a bakery location that also has a space to host community events such as small group bible studies, community outreach ministries, book clubs and support various youth organizations in a relaxing cafe setting.
