There was a point in my life where I felt completely broken as a father.

Not broken on the outside where everyone could see it…

Broken silently.

Trying to stay strong for my children while carrying stress, grief, pressure, emotional exhaustion, and loneliness all at once.

Like many fathers, I believed I had to carry everything alone.

I thought asking for help meant weakness.

But the truth is:
too many fathers are suffering silently while still trying to be heroes for their kids.

That pain inspired me to create Tri-Dads.

Tri-Dads is more than a support group.
It is a movement focused on rebuilding fathers through brotherhood, emotional support, father-child bonding activities, mentorship, Music, Art, Cooking (M.A.C.), and community healing.

Our goal is simple:
help fathers reconnect with themselves so they can reconnect with their children.

Many dads are fighting battles nobody sees:
• depression
• isolation
• financial pressure
• trauma
• hopelessness
• fear of failing their children

Some fathers just need one safe place.
One conversation.
One opportunity to feel supported again.

Your donations help us provide:
• father-child events
• meals and snacks
• art and activity supplies
• outreach materials
• emotional wellness support
• safe community spaces for fathers to heal and grow

I truly believe helping fathers heal can change entire generations.

When a father heals, his children feel it.
When families grow stronger, communities grow stronger too.

If you can donate, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If you cannot donate, sharing this fundraiser can still help us reach a father who may desperately need support right now.

Thank you for believing in Tri-Dads.
