Top Hill

Hello,
I became a Chef because my brother died and i felt being so young he didn't finish of what he started so i decided to take on the challenge of becoming a chef. I started on the Kings Road Chelsea at 16 yrs old and made my way to many establishments but about 15 yrs ago i got sick and could never achieve what i wanted to do. Know in my fifty's my body is starting to heal and i feel well enough to go for my dream but finance is not on my side. My credit is so bad i cant get a loan in any shape or form but what i have is experience passion and drive not to give up. Fifty thousand will sound a lot to many people but for those who know £50,000 is not a lot when setting up a catering establishment but i know the site very well also the client around also i have my children who will fit the fixtures and fittings for me along with a favour here and there i will have Top Hill  with sweat and tears i will make this the greatest delivery, take away one will here about. 

This project i am hoping it will last for the rest of my days and i can give something back and help others in a job. I remember when i worked for a soup kitchen for 12 months it brought me so much joy and doors really opened for me. I hope doors will open again in a different way. The shop i am hoping to open up is in London.
